​Table Top Sale – Trinity Church Audenshaw – 27th June

Come and join us for a table top sale being held at Trinity Church Audenshaw on Sat 27th June from 10am – 2pm. Tables cost £10 each which need to be booked prior to the event. Refreshments will be available. A great way to sell some unwanted items or come and find your next (new to you) thing. All are welcome.

Strawberry Cream Tea – Hyde Methodist Church – 27th June

Hyde Methodist Church invite you to come and enjoy their strawberry cream tea on Sat 27th June from 2pm – 5pm. Tickets £7.50. Come and enjoy a strawberry cream tea and listen to Tameside Voices Choir.

Can you help?

There are a few summer holiday clubs for children being planned across the circuit over August. We are looking for volunteers to help with craft, games and refreshments.  Can you help with a morning or afternoon of your time?  If you might be interested would like more information, then contact Katie (admin@gtmethodist.org).

 

Playtime Conference – 19th Sept

Calling all toddler group leader and volunteers. Care for the family are hosting a day on 19th Sept in Wigan. They will be gathering those who lead and volunteer in church toddler groups.  There will be speakers, sessions, resources and materials and a chance to meet others who give their time to provide a vital resource to parents and children.

You will need to book a ticket via the link Playtime Conference which has all the information about the day. There is some circuit funding available to help with the cost. A lift can be arranged as there a few spaces in a car available, please speak to Katie for more details.

 

The Haughton Green Methodist Centre
As you will be aware the circuit is in the process of selling The Haughton Green Methodist Centre and it is now no longer being used by local community groups.
The contents of the centre are being made available to any church, or individual, should they wish to acquire some of them.

Hyde: - 1st Thursday of the month – 11am followed by refreshments

Denton: - 3rd Thursday of the month – 7.30pm
